Myofascial Mobility Massage

Improve Mobility & Release Restriction

The Path to Myofascial Mobility Massage treatment is a full body massage with cupping and/or fascia blaster tool assisted therapy, performed to help reinvigorate restricted tissue, improving tissue mobility and muscle function, decreasing pain and trigger points, and release stagnant blood/lymph/toxins from the tissue by bringing in new healthy blood flow. Myofascial Mobility massage not only promotes healing but actually accelerates the process.

After easing into the session with light breathing and aromatherapy, the Myofascial Mobility Therapy is performed by starting each area of the body with a tissue warming massage to stimulate blood flow and identify fascial restrictions.

Once the initial process is complete the restricted areas are either further warmed with the fascia blaster tool followed by stationary cups, or stationary cups are directly applied. While the cups are sitting, the tissue warming process begins for the next body part The cups will remain on the area for up to 15 minutes and at times the cups may be dragged on the body to further manipulate and release the tissue.

This massage will leave “cup kiss“ marks on the body that look like bruises but are actually the stagnant fluid released from the tissue - they go away typically between 3-9 days. Don’t be afraid to wear the marks as a badge of your body loving honor!

**Offered as 60 minute, 75 minute, 90 minute appointment - please request in advance when booking to be sure cups are cleaned and prepped in time for your appointment*
