The Path to Custom Deep Tissue Massage always begins with a brief assessment of your goals for the session. We then offer our professional recommendations of what we believe will best help you to achieve those goals - this may include all, some, or one of the modalities offered. In empowering you through this education, you will feel confident in determining which recommendations feel like the best path forward for you.
To help ease into the treatment we begin with a few deep breaths, inhaling of essential oils of your choosing (optional), and gentle rocking of the body, and continue based on your path forward.
